National Executive Committee (NEC)

The NEC serves as the primary executive arm of NVT, responsible for implementing national policies, strategic programs, and annual tournaments. It drives fundraising initiatives, partnership development, financial stewardship, and operational execution across all member clubs. The NEC ensures that NVT maintains consistency, transparency, and excellence in every aspect of its operations. To ensure efficiency, accountability, and holistic development, the NEC is supported by several specialized committees and substructures. Each plays a strategic role in achieving the goals of the NVT.

National Advisory Board (NAB)

The NAB is composed of the presidents of all 52 participating clubs, ensuring a governance model rooted in inclusivity and representation. This body provides strategic oversight, advises on long-term policy decisions, and helps maintain unity among regional affiliates. By integrating diverse regional perspectives, the NAB plays a critical role in shaping the vision of NVT, expanding its footprint, deepening its community impact, and promoting equity and inclusive participation.
